We will be at the AgrarWinterTage in Mainz from January 27 – 31, 2025. On the usual historic date in January, visitors will once again find the tried-and-tested concept of open-air grounds and exhibition in halls. Pre-show events by the co-organizers will complement the AgrarWinterTage in Mainz from Monday to Friday. The AgrarWinterTage will thus once again become the focal point of the agricultural sector, far beyond the borders of Rheinhessen.

For more than 25 years, we have built up inovel and continuously developed our business areas. Our customers, business partners and employees have played a decisive role in shaping this development. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of them for the trust they have placed in us and the good cooperation. We have now reached a point where we have decided to look for a solution that will enable us to continue and scale our company’s success and give our customers and partners the security of knowing that the inovel product range will remain highly innovative and fit for the future. Last year, we therefore decided to sell inovel elektronik gmbh and inovel systeme AG in their entirety to the ETO GRUPPE. The ETO GRUPPE has been a fast-growing, medium-sized group of companies headquartered in Stockach on Lake Constance since 1948 and is one of the leading manufacturers of innovative electromagnetic drive components and sensors, electronics and software for the regulation and control of highly dynamic processes in the fields of mobility, vehicle technology, industrial plants, medical technology and food production. 2,500 qualified and committed employees worldwide work for the success of their customers. A strong partner that supports our growth and, above all, not only continues to pursue our technological goals, but also strengthens and expands them. The ETO GRUPPE is owned by the Christa and Hermann Laur Foundation, which aims to maintain the company in the long term for the benefit of the employees and the regions in which it is located. This is an important argument that guarantees long-term security for our employees and our production site. With the merger, we now have the strength to market our products worldwide and to develop the portfolio continuously and sustainably so that you receive the long-term support you expect from us. In order to better support the planned future growth in very different target markets globally, we have decided to rename the inovel companies and further develop the portfolio under different brands. All our agricultural products and agricultural services (inovel systeme AG) will be developed and sold by farmunited GmbH with immediate effect. This year, we will be presenting a new and expanded product portfolio that will give users a completely new experience in terms of planning reliability, resource conservation and efficiency. We are not only expanding our current services, but also adding smart sensors and actuators to the portfolio in order to contribute to sustainable agriculture with new technologies. All other software and electronic products, as well as production and testing services (inovel elektronik gmbh) will be further developed, distributed and supported as usual by ETO DYNAMIC Digital GmbH with immediate effect. The ETO GRUPPE will contribute its expertise to both companies in order to keep our planet liveable.
The new management team consists of Dr. Michael Schwabe and the managing directors you already know, Axel Dittus and Robert Steinhauser.
