for more than 25 years we have built up the company inovel and continuously developed our business areas. Our customers, business partners and employees have had a decisive influence on this career. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the trust they have placed in us and for the good cooperation.
We have now come to a point where we have decided to look for a solution that will enable us to continue and scale our company’s success in order to give our customers and partners the security that the inovel product range will continue to be highly innovative and sustainable remains.
That’s why we decided last year to sell inovel elektronik gmbh and inovel systeme AG completely to the ETO GRUPPE . The ETO GRUPPE has been a fast-growing, medium-sized group of companies with headquarters in Stockach on Lake Constance since 1948 and is one of the leading manufacturers of innovative electromagnetic drive components and sensors, electronics and software for the regulation and control of highly dynamic processes in the areas of mobility, vehicle technology, industrial plants, medical technology and in food production. 2,500 qualified and committed employees work worldwide for the success of their customers. A strong partner who supports our growth and, above all, not only pursues our technological goals, but strengthens and expands them.
The owner of the ETO GRUPPE is the Christa and Hermann Laur Foundation, which pursues the purpose of preserving the company in the long term for the benefit of the employees and the location regions. An important argument that guarantees long-term security for our employees and our production site. With the merger, we now have the strength to market our products worldwide and to continuously and sustainably develop the portfolio, so that you get the long-term support you expect from us.
In order to provide more global support for the planned future growth in very different target markets, we have decided to rename the inovel companies and to further develop the portfolio under different brands.
All our agricultural products and agricultural services (inovel systeme AG) are now being developed and sold by farmunited GmbH . This year we will present a new and expanded product portfolio, which will give the user a completely new experience in terms of planning security, resource conservation and efficiency at work. We are not only expanding our current services, but also supplementing the portfolio with smart sensors and actuators in order to be able to contribute to sustainable agriculture with new technologies. All other software and electronic products, as well as the production and test services (inovel elektronik gmbh) will be further developed, distributed and supported as usual by ETO DYNAMIC Digital GmbH with immediate effect.
The ETO GRUPPE will contribute its expertise to both companies in order to keep our planet worth living in.
The new management consists of Dr. Michael Schwabe and the managing directors Axel Dittus and Robert Steinhauser, who you already know.
