Warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to join our team at ETO DYNAMIC Digital GmbH in Friedrichshafen as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for logistics with incoming goods, warehouse, production logistics and shipping
• Optimization and further development of logistics processes and the organizational structure on the basis of key figures
• Development and qualification of employees
• Close cooperation with the adjacent areas of scheduling, production and quality
• Coordination of activities and communication with external logistics partners such as service providers, suppliers, freight forwarders and authorities such as customs and the Federal Aviation Office
• Investment planning and collaboration in the budgeting process as well as ensuring budget compliance
• Definition of standards, process confirmation and ensuring smooth processes
• Management and participation in internal and cross-departmental projects and processes to optimize the logistics environment
• Organization, implementation and monitoring of annual inventories

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial training with further training in business administration as a specialist or business economist or a bachelor’s degree with a focus on logistics
• Several years of professional experience in logistics, especially production and warehouse logistics
• Experience in handling electronic devices and components
• First management experience with a goal- and team-oriented approach
• Confident handling of common MS Office and SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor and level-headedness in work-intensive situations
• Completed trainer aptitude test desirable
