farmunited GmbH is the result of a merger between the Friedrichshafen-based company inovel and the Stockach-based ETO GROUP. The company inovel elektronik GmbH was founded in 1995 by Axel Dittus and Robert Steinhauser and expanded in 2006 by the company inovel systeme AG .
inovel elektronik gmbh was founded in 1995 and became ETO DYNAMIC Digital GmbH in 2021.

The owner of the ETO GRUPPE is the Christa and Hermann Laur Foundation, which pursues the purpose of preserving the company in the long term for the benefit of the employees and the location regions. All our agricultural products and agricultural services (inovel systeme AG) are now being developed and sold by farmunited GmbH . We are expanding our product portfolio, which will provide users with a completely new experience in terms of planning reliability, resource conservation and efficiency. We are not only expanding our current services, but also supplementing the portfolio with smart sensors and actuators in order to be able to contribute to sustainable agriculture with new technologies. All other software and electronic products, as well as production and test services (inovel elektronik gmbh) will be further developed, distributed and supported by ETO DYNAMIC Digital GmbH with immediate effect.
